- What kind of purchasing methods are there?
"Purchases within South Korea can be processed through credit card, virtual account payments, and account transfers.

- How do I request for a cash receipt? (Only for purchases within South Korea)
Cash receipts can be requested during account transfers if you check the column for ‘request for cash receipt’ on the INICIS payment window. If the ‘cash receipt’ column isn’t checked, please inquire the National Tax Service(www.taxsave.go.kr) to receive the cash receipt or for further notices. Cash receipts can be inquired and printed 2~3 days after the delivery.
- How do I receive the tax invoice? (Only for purchases within South Korea)
According to the ‘Value-Added Tax Act’, tax invoice can be requested during cash purchases but not during credit card purchases. In the case for credit card purchases, a sales check will be issued and the purchased V.A.T will be deducted if declared. The credit card sales check will be issued to each personnel and can be inquired and printed through the ‘Order/Delivery’ section of ‘My Page’.
- How do I get a refund?
Card payment refunds can be checked by contacting the credit card company 5~7 days after the filing of the refund.
Account transfer refunds can be checked by confirming one’s own account 1~3 days after the filing of the refund. Any related inquiries can be asked by contacting us through our inquiry service board.
- How do I cancel a product that is currently in the delivery process?
Before the delivery process, it is possible to cancel each or a number of the products through the product number.
Once the product enters the delivery process, it can no longer be cancelled.
- What is your shipping policy?
We provides free delivery on all orders within South Korea if the total order amount is KRW 30000 or above. For orders below KRW 30000, delivery cost of KRW 2500 will be charged.
In the case for shipping to other countries, CHAANCE provides free delivery on all orders worldwide if the total order amount is USD 200 or more. For orders below USD 200, delivery cost of USD 25 will be charged.
- How long is the delivery period?
After placing your order, for orders within South Korea, there will be notifications from the courier company and will take 2~3 business days to deliver your order. Weekends, holidays, or courier company circumstances may delay the delivery process.
After placing your order, for oversea shipping, there will be notifications from the courier company and will take an average of 7~10 business days to deliver your order. However, depending on the shipping country, the delivery period may vary. Weekends, holidays, or courier company circumstances may delay the delivery process.
- How do I track my order?
For orders within South Korea, the order can be tracked by checking the ‘Order/Delivery’ section of ‘My account’.
For oversea shipping, you can track your order by tracking the number which will be given to you through the FedEx notice e-mail.
- How do I change the shipping address?
For orders within South Korea, the shipping address can be changed before the product enters the delivery process. Please contact us through Chaance’s KakaoTalk channel. However, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order enters the delivery stage so please check the progress by checking the ‘Order/Delivery’ section of ‘My account’
For oversea shipping, the address cannot be changed once the order enters the FedEx delivery process so please be aware of this fact and enter the correct address when placing the order.
- I wish to know the size details regarding the different products.
Please check the product’s size guideline. There might be slight size variations of the actual product size due to the different product models and the different size measurement methods.
- What are the precautions that we need to consider before washing different products?
Please refer to the on the bottom of product details. Please follow the washing instructions labeled on the tag of each product due to the variations that result from washing mixed products.
- What are the standards regarding the online mall’s inventory status?
The online mall’s inventory status is updated based on real-time inventory status. This may result in variations between the online mall inventories and the offline mall inventories.
