Shipping Information

-Shipping within South Korea : Shipping/delivery fees are free of charge if total goods that are worth KRW 30,000 and above is purchased.
A shipping/delivery fee of KRW 2,500 is charged if total goods purchased are worth below KRW 30,000.
-In the case for shipping to other countries, CHAANCE provides free delivery on all orders worldwide if the total order amount is USD 200 or more. For orders below USD 200, delivery cost of USD 25 will be charged.
-After the final purchase, there will be a notification from the parcel service and will take 1~2 days until the package is delivered. The delivery may be delayed during weekends and holidays.
-Until the package goes through the delivery process, the address can be changed through CHAANCE inquiry service board.
However, after the package enters the delivery stage, the address cannot be changed. Please check the package status through ‘My Page’ > ‘Shipping/Delivery’ section.
-After purchasing the goods there will be an email/message notification regarding the final purchase.

Repair shop Information

-We provide warranty on our products sold online through the ‘A/S (After Sales Service) Center’ section under the ‘Customer Service’ section online. For products bought offline, please make inquiries through our CHAANCE customer board(Help Center).
-After repairs, depending on the cause of the damage, the shipping fee may be charged.
-The CHAANCE Consumer Counseling department will decide whether to charge the repairs by examining the warranty period, products defect status, and the cause of defect.
-If the repairs are charged, the payment can be made directly through account transfer to the repair shop. Online registered cases can be paid through card or account transfer by referring to the ‘Customer Service’ > ‘A/S (After Sales Service) Center’ > ‘A/S (After Sales Service) Progress’.
-After registering for repairs, it will take an average of less than 14 days but may take longer/shorter due to circumstances.

Return/exchange Information

-A return/exchange must be filed within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or a document on the contents of the contract.
-Members : Log-in and then register for a return in the ‘Order/Delivery’ section of ‘My Page’
-Non-members : Register for a return in the ‘Order/Delivery’ section through your order number.
-After registering for a return, a designated delivery man will arrive 1~2 days later to receive the package. If you didn’t receive any notifications from the courier company or if there hasn’t been anyone who received your package for a significant amount of time please contact us through CHAANCE customer board(Help Center).
-For an efficient returning process, please be ready with the invoice.

-Shipping/delivery fees may be charged regarding the cause of the return. However, the following products cannot be returned.
1. Products cannot be returned if it is past the duration of filing a return.
2. Products that are damaged or without their TAGs, labels, packaging, or had its BOX (shoes) damaged cannot be returned.
3. Products cannot be returned when the value of the goods, etc., has substantially decreased due to the elapse of time, making resale difficult or impossible
4. Customized products that are already in the making process cannot be returned.

Exchange Information

-If you wish to exchange the product purchased on the CHAANCE official online, please purchase it again after proceeding with the return process.
